Perhaps the most important statistic for any would-be parent in the fertility clinic selection stage of their planned birth is the overall fertility rate of women who have undergone treatment at that clinic.

While it may not be a categorical predictor of the chances of a woman successfully getting pregnant with the help of the doctors at that particular fertility clinic, it is in fact a strong suggestion of the chances a woman will have if she were to choose that clinic.

But while fertility clinics’ fertility rates may be able to give some indication of the chances of a woman’s pregnancy success, a bigger-picture perspective of the fertility rate per country further complicates an already complicated matter.
